Secure Delivery Policy
Due to Canada Post no longer offering signature-on-delivery for many services, orders valued at $500.00 CAD and above may be shipped to your nearest post office for secure pickup.
You will receive a delivery notice indicating the location where your package can be collected. This measure has been implemented to ensure the safety and security of your package.
A notification card will be left at your door to inform you that your parcel is available for pickup.

Once your package has been shipped via Canada Post, Coins Flip is no longer responsible for any risks associated with the shipment once the tracking number has been provided. All shipments include $100 of insurance coverage by default.
If you wish to purchase additional insurance coverage, please contact us prior to the shipment of your order so the appropriate arrangements can be made.

All standard Canadian orders over $500 CAD (before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing
Standard order processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt of payment, including preparation and shipping.
